Performance
Agility - Mobility - Strength

Agility
Each performance session focuses on three main components: Agility, Mobility and Strength.

The purpose of agility training is to improve the lower half of the body to synchronize movements with the upper half. The greatest players understand that their ability to throw and hit with power and accuracy relies on body synchronization.
Combining advanced instruction, state-of-the-art technology, and individualized development plans, these sessions replicate the intensity and precision of college and professional training environments.

Mobility
With proper mobility an athlete can reach their highest potential.

The strongest athletes are those who create power from mobility. This is not simply for the throwing athletes. Increased mobility will improve athletic performance for both throwing and hitting. Muscles cannot perform without their full range of motion.

A strong athlete is a mobile athlete and a mobile athlete is a strong athlete.

Strength
Creating power and efficient movements is the key to bringing your game to the next level.

As a part of the performance sessions, strength training compliments both agility and mobility to help each athlete improve. Creating power that translates to the field is implemented in every session for our athletes.

The combination of agility, mobility and strength is the key to maximizing each athlete's potential.
